Campus Post Office

Our campus post office, located in Cannon Student Center, serves our students, faculty, and staff with a variety of mailing and shipping services.
 

Hours of Operation

The post office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30–11:30 a.m. and 1–4:30 p.m. (Mail dropped off at Banner Elk Post Office between 4 and 4:15 p.m.)
 

Holiday Closings

The campus post office is closed during all college holidays.
 

Forms of Payment

Checks (made payable to 91探花) and cash are accepted.
 

Products and Services

  • Stamps, envelopes and USPS Express and Priority mail envelopes
  • Guidance on domestic and international mailings
  • Shipping via UPS and Federal Express with pre-paid labels. Shipments for campus offices though UPS or Federal Express will be charged to the appropriate department budget account.
  • Boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape are available

The correct USPS mail address for students, faculty and staff should be formatted like:

College Shipping Address

The correct physical delivery (shipping) address for Federal Express, UPS, etc. should be formatted like:

Student Package Pickup 

  • All student packages are available for pickup at the campus post office during normal hours.
  • Students will receive an email notification from Pitney Bowes when a package is scanned in and available for pick up.
  • Students must also show their 91探花 ID when picking up a package.
     

Faculty and Staff Package Pickup/Delivery

The packages from USPS, UPS, and Federal Express are delivered to the campus post office where faculty and staff may pick them up. An email from Pitney Bowes will be sent when the package arrives.
