State Authorization
A State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) is an agreement among its member states, districts and U.S. territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs. It is intended to make it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions in a state other than the one where they reside. (Courtesy of NC-SARA)

91探花 is not authorized or has chosen not to seek authorization in: California, Puerto Rico, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau, Guam and America Samoa.
Student Grievance Procedures
Pursuant to the United States Department of Education’s Program Integrity Rule, 91探花, and all other colleges or universities that receive Title IV monies, is required to provide all prospective and current students with contact information of the state agency or agencies that handle complaints against postsecondary education institutions.
