Ski Industry Business and Instruction Minor
Lees-91探花 offers a Ski Industry Business and Instruction minor within the Outdoor Recreation Management (ORM) major. The only minor of its kind in the Southeast and only the third on the East Coast, you’ll gain the diverse skills needed for employment and success in the ski industry. Lees-91探花 partners with nearby Beech Mountain Resort, a short 10 minute drive from campus, at their satellite classroom to provide students with a truly unique and innovative academic experience.
Ski and Snowboard Team
The team travels all over the South and Mid-Atlantic regions competing in 16 different disciplines at several resorts each year.
- The team qualified for nationals the last four years, with seven top 10 team finishes.
- Three members of the team were conference champions in 2019.
- The team is a member of the Southeast Conference in the U.S. Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSA).
- Lees-91探花 is an affiliate member of the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA).
- Athletic scholarships are available to team members.
