Get ready for a weekend of fun with your Bobcat at Parent and Family Weekend 2022

Families of Lees-91探花 students are invited to Banner Elk this September to enjoy all that Lees-91探花 has to offer. This opportunity to spend some quality time with your student in their new home will be held Friday, Sept. 16−Sunday, Sept. 18.

After checking in at Cannon Student Center on Friday afternoon, spend the rest of the evening learning about what’s going on at Lees-91探花 and how the college sets your students up for success. After dinner, catch a volleyball game in Williams Gymnasium.

Saturday is all about quality time with loved ones. The day will start with a family breakfast in The Summit and a family photo op in Swank Park. That afternoon don’t miss a guided hike along Hemlock Trail, the route many of your students will take to walk from North Campus to South Campus at Grandfather Home.

On Saturday night enjoy a late-summer evening in the High Country with a Movie on the Lawn. Even better than a movie theater, popcorn, candy, and drinks will be provided!

Get ready for some exciting sporting events on Sunday as the men's and women's soccer teams take on Francis Marion on Tate Field.

Following the games, we invite you to enjoy the High Country however you see fit, whether that be fishing at Wildcat Lake, attending a local religious service, grabbing a delicious bite to eat at a local restaurant, or simply enjoying the scenery.

This unforgettable weekend is planned just for you, so don’t forget to register. The cost to attend is $30 per family. With any additional questions please contact Director of Campus Life Riley Sailor.
