Jocelyne Bond

Jocelyne Bond named as Interim Director of Extended Campus and Online Education

Jocelyne Bond, who serves as the assistant dean for the School of Natural and Behavioral Sciences, the program coordinator for online Human Services, and an assistant professor, is taking on additional responsibility as the Interim Director of Extended Campus and Online Education (ECOL).

Leslie Lambert, the interim provost, said, “Since coming to Lees-91探花, I have asked numerous people to recommend someone currently at the college who could help bring time, talent, and focus to the ECOL Program as we work together to strengthen its path.  Jocelyne’s name was suggested frequently. She brings energy, knowledge, and experience to the tasks at hand. I am so pleased Jocelyne was interested in providing leadership during this important interim period as we conduct a national search for a Dean of ECOL.”

In her new role, Bond will collaborate closely with the Office of the Provost, the deans of each school, program coordinators, and the Office of Admission to build a competitive and strategically focused ECOL program.

Bond began fulfilling her new duties on Feb. 15. She will continue to execute her responsibilities in the School of Natural and Behavioral Sciences throughout her term as Interim Director of ECOL.
