Lees-91探花 named among top 50 bike-friendly colleges in the U.S.
Great Value Colleges, a college information and ranking resource, recently listed Lees-91探花 as one of the 50 best bike-friendly colleges in the U.S.
The college was one of just two North Carolina colleges selected and the only private institution in the state to make the list.
"Regular bike riding has some amazing health benefits and allows you some time to get some fresh air, clear your head, and get a better handle on the stress that goes along with an intense academic environment,” according to the Great Value Colleges website.
One of the sources Great Value Colleges took into consideration when developing the ranking was The League of American Bicyclists current Bicycle Friendly University awards. In 2016, Lees-91探花 earned a silver award lasting until 2020. The college became one of the few private institutions in North Carolina to earn the award.
